Interantional regions we deliver to: Australia, Canada, New zealand, USA.

EU: We currently do not deliver or sell in the EU.

Made to order: Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. It can take between 3 and 20 days to produce and deliver your items to you depending on your delivery address. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: For a return to be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused and in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, reach out to us at info@spitfireclothing.co.uk. Please note that return shipping is not provided, so ensure to cover postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Quality Assurance: Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges Made Simple: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest route is to return the original purchase. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Keep in mind that it may take an additional 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
